You can delete your Frontier account and all of its data at any time.
The account is deleted immediately, with everything linked to it: saved articles, reading history, followed topics, notifications and the device’s push token.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Frontier account”. If you signed in with Apple, give the email address of that Apple account so we can find it. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you used Frontier without signing in, your account is tied to your device only: open the app on that device to delete it. If that’s no longer possible, write to us anyway and we’ll help.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Records of purchases are kept by Apple, Google and our payment processor as the law requires.
